1. Where are you located?  We have an office in Palm Beach Gardens and Lake Worth. We do work from our home office and can meet with you by zoom or in person to plan your trip. 

2. What is Cruise Planners- we are a full service travel agency. We offer assistance in booking Cruise Travel, All-Inclusive travel, Disney trips, European vacations, top honeymoon destinations and destination weddings. 

3. Who are your travel agent in Palm Beach Gardens, FL? Our travel agent in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is Kelli, who has a background in project management and has been in the travel agency business since 2013. 

4. 4. Who is your travel agent in Lake Worth, FL? Our travel agents in Lake Worth, FL are Daniel Hall and John Sluth. Our local agent to the Wellington, Florida area is Sarah Schilling.

5. How do I pick a travel agency? It is always good to have a great relationship with your travel agent. Our agency is an active Cruise Planners agency and we have high standards of client service. We strive to make sure your experience is easy, and headache free. Our name does sound like we are a cruise agency, but we book all LAND and CRUISE travel. Ask us about our favorite destinations. 

6. Office Hours- 9am-6:00 pm Monday-Friday, appointments available for evening and weekends.

7. What is a travel agency advocate? We are your voice if you have any issues while on your trip. We have the inside numbers, relationships with managers, and high ups to get things done. 

8. What is the best travel time? This is a great question to discuss with your travel agent. Please call us as it will depend on your travel location, and type of travel. We can assist you in booking at the right time for your perfect trip.

9. When will I receive a booking confirmation? We will send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours of deposit on your trip. 

10. Do I pay all at once? Most bookings will have a deposit and then a final payment. We are happy to help you and arrange payments before the final payment date to break it into smaller charges. Some booking if they are close to travel will require full payment.

11. Do I pay you the travel agent? We will take your credit card information and signed authorization form. This will be sent to the supplier by us. Your card will be charged by each supplier that you have booked your travel through.
